Manage your ConsultorioWeb account settings

Update Account Information

To update your account information (name, email, phone number, practice details):

  1. Log in to your ConsultorioWeb account
  2. Go to Settings or Profile
  3. Edit your information
  4. Save changes

Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your ConsultorioWeb account and all associated data:

  1. Email soporte@consultorioweb.com
  2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject
  3. Provide the email address associated with your account
  4. Our team will verify your identity and process the request

Note: Account deletion is permanent. All patient records and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
